When you make an online purchase your payment information is protected by GeoTrust SSL. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure. You can click on the GeoTrust SSL certificate at the bottom of each of the main pages to verify the validity of the certificate.

Your online purchase is preapproved when you place your order. Your account is actually charged when all of the items on your order are on their way to you. Your order is processed in our online store and only the items you have ordered, your shipping and billing address and contact information is emailed to Reel Mowers, Etc. We never see your credit card number and it is not stored in our computers.

At our discretion, we may telephone our customers or take other steps to verify the validity of an order and the authenticity of the customer's personal and payment information.

When you place an order via telephone, we write your credit card number on a piece of paper, charge the order and then destroy the credit card number in a cross-cut shredder. It is not entered into or stored in our computers and is not stored on paper or any other format in our office. The credit card terminal deletes the memory of it as soon as the transaction is complete.

We do not share any personal or payment information with anyone else except as necessary to process your order. This means that we will send your shipping address and telephone number to our supplier and the supplier will give that information to the shipping company, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS or trucking company. We do not sell or share your email address with anyone or even add it to our own email update list without your express written permission.
